Description

Chinese speaking and listening - this module aims to enable students to acquire basic competence in the Chinese language in speaking and listening and to provide the grounding necessary for a study year in China. Practical speaking and listening competence are developed through practice and situational Chinese. Clear, controlled vocabulary attainment targets are set and strategies for character-learning are introduced from the earliest stages.
